Suzy brings a fresh approach to successfully marketing a home for sale and assisting buyers with their home search. She has that creative vision to see the unseen potential in any style of home, whether it’s a Victorian, Colonial, Split-level, etc., and provides design solutions to achieve that vision.

 

Suzy has a great passion for architectural design and home renovation. When selling your home, Suzy has the necessary expertise to showcase all the elements that tell the story of what makes your home stand out in a crowded market. With over 10 years in real estate, combined with her background in home staging and feng shui design, Suzy understands the importance of a functional interior layout that resonates with the lifestyle of today’s buyers. And for buyers looking to modernize a home as they see on HGTV, Suzy has architects, contractors, and other professionals whom she can readily call upon. Sometimes all you need is a “hint” of what can be (e.g. removal of a dining room wall) and a cost estimate to encourage an offer on a house.

 

Suzy works closely with builders, developers, and investors in identifying properties that are ripe for a renovation flip or new construction. For Suzy, recommending design changes to an existing floor plan while retaining a home’s unique architectural features (e.g. a stone fireplace) is equally as exciting as fine-tuning the layout of a luxury new construction home.

 

Suzy has over a decade of corporate consulting experience. Before real estate, Suzy was employed at a major consulting firm in Manhattan where she honed her high-level analytical and negotiation skills. Suzy earned her B.S. degree from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Like many of her clients, Suzy made the move from an urban center out to the suburbs of New Jersey and knows firsthand how challenging relocation can be. Suzy has lived in Westfield for 20 years while raising her two children and now resides in Livingston where she is loving the convenience of townhome living.
